When and How You Became Involved in Music

I took piano as a young child for a year but I discovered I could sing in sixth grade. I sang “Colors of the Wind” from the movie Pocahontas and my mom thought she was hearing the radio, not her daughter singing in the shower. I’ve been singing in choirs ever since.
